D.C. Warms Up Over Climate Change Bill
I returned from last week’s successful AH&LA Summer Summit to watch the House’s late Friday evening vote on a bill that promises to curb climate change and overhaul the nation’s energy policy.  It was a very divisive vote for the chamber, with House offices reporting that their phones were near capacity because of the massive amount of calls from voters on both sides of the issue.  read more...
