The Directory of Hotel & Lodging Companies is the most reliable online resource tool in the industry listing hotel and lodging companies that own, manage, develop or franchise properties worldwide, as well as referral groups and real estate investment trusts. The Directory also includes property and room counts for parent companies; hotel and room counts by state and brand, new construction pipeline data by state and project phase, and a list of allied members. In addition, an auto filter for each tab makes sorting easier. It is also available in Excel format which can be used for mail merge. By using the Microsoft Excel program members can use use Microsoft Excel data as a mailing list in Word.
The new format is user-friendly, and efficient, allowing better utilization of the data in sales and marketing efforts (i.e., creation of mailing labels, importing information into company databases, and distribution of data to sales reps.).
