Business Development Manager, Membership & Industry Engagement

Jack is the Business Development Manager, Membership & Industry Engagement at the Wireless Broadband Alliance (WBA), an industry body dedicated to developing seamless and interoperable Wi-Fi services globally.

He currently works as part of a team focused on improving user experiences and helping organizations address real technical and business challenges in the Wi-Fi ecosystem, working with organizations around the world to grow the ecosystem at the WBA.

Jack joined WBA in 2021 from e92plus in London, where he supported customers as a Specialist Account Manager. Prior to that, he spent time at SPF Private Clients and Coreco Group, gaining experience in finance initially.

He began his professional journey after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management. Originally from the UK, Jack now resides in Bangkok.
