CA Manoj Kumar Gouda, a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience, serves as the President, Whole-time Director, and CFO of MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts Limited—a premier chain of luxury boutique hotels and resorts in Eastern India.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he began his career as a partner at P.A. & Associates, one of India’s leading CA firms. He later joined MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts Ltd., where he has been a driving force for over 22 years. Throughout his tenure, he has held key leadership positions across Finance, HR & Administration, Procurement, IT, and Corporate Compliance. His strategic vision and execution capabilities have been instrumental in spearheading transformational initiatives, shaping business strategies, and driving digital innovation within the organization.

A pivotal contributor to the company’s governance, CA Manoj Gouda has played a significant role in formulating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and corporate guidelines. His expertise in decision-making and operational oversight ensures alignment with the company’s strategic goals. As President & Whole-time Director, he has successfully led MAYFAIR Group’s expansion while strengthening its market position and financial performance.

Recognized for his leadership and industry contributions, he serves as a Special Invitee to the “Committee for Members in Industry and Business” of the Central Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), New Delhi. Additionally, he represents the Regional Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) as a State Representative and is the Convener of the Tourism Committee (State Chapter) for both CII and FICCI.
