Music Licensing

There are three well-established performance rights organizations (PROs), ASCAP, BMI and SESAC, that AHLA engages from time-to-time to develop template music licenses for its members. AHLA recently developed a new music licensing agreement with ASCAP, which offers AHLA members an efficient, affordable way to legally use music on their properties.  While each member will need to make its own determination as to what music licenses are required on premises, an AHLA- approved ASCAP license is a meaningful advantage on that journey.
