State Data Privacy Law Updates in the United States: HTNG

In the absence of a comprehensive federal data privacy law in the United States, several states have proposed data privacy laws similar to the General Data Protection Regulations found in the European Union. While some of these laws have failed to make it through their respective state legislatures, Virginia and Colorado have joined California in passing data privacy laws. This presentation will focus on how these new privacy laws apply to hotels, how to comply, and more.
