Letka's passion for Hospitality started over 20 years ago while working in a hotel front office and later call center operations, before moving into the technology industry 15 years ago.

Throughout her career, she has held positions in Hospitality software consulting and implementation, product management, and sales consulting while traveling extensively in Asia Pacific working with key accounts to deliver software-based solutions.

In her current role as Director of Solution Engineering, Letka leads a team of Solution Engineers across Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, India, Japan, and Australia. The team is responsible for working alongside Sales to understand customers' business challenges and create unique solution designs to achieve their business objectives. She is committed to and excited about working with hotels as they transform their business through the latest technology offerings.
