Mark, with over 25 years of hospitality IT experience, is currently the Senior Director of IT for the Banyan Group based in Singapore. In this capacity, he is focused on driving technology standardization, innovation and adoption within Banyan Group at both the corporate and hotel level. Previously, Mark also held IT positions with Radisson Hotel Group in Singapore and with Hyatt Hotels in Singapore, Chicago and Hong Kong covering many technology disciplines including networking, telecommunications, email systems, hotel IT openings and hotel and corporate IT operations.
