Throughout his career, Martin held key roles at InterContinental, Four Seasons, and Radisson. He spent 26 years leading Marriott's technology operations across Asia Pacific, where he played a pivotal role in integrating Starwood Hotels & Resorts and The Ritz-Carlton into Marriott's global ecosystem.

In 2024, Martin founded Bookallil Advisory in Hong Kong to help businesses optimize technology investments and enhance operational performance. As CTO of OKKAMI Limited, a global leader in guest digital services, he drives innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and serves other clients worldwide.
