I began my entrepreneurial journey at the age of twelve, starting my first business in my parents' garage. Through that experience, I learned the importance of deeply understanding customer needs and leveraging available technologies to create new opportunities. This approach has allowed me to consistently bridge the gap between business and technology teams, helping companies ideate, incubate, and industrialize innovation to build new business models.
I am passionate about guiding companies in discovering new markets, attracting new customers, and driving growth through innovation. Over the course of my career, I have led several successful initiatives, including:
- Bringing Microsoft into the AI metaverse by establishing a co-innovation accelerator for over 25 global customers.
- Helping Air New Zealand sell its first online ticket by creating and scaling www.airnewzealand.com.
- Enabling Burger King to compete with Uber Eats, resulting in a 10x increase in daily sales on their food delivery app.
- Supporting HSBC in revolutionizing its loyalty app, allowing customers to redeem rewards in seconds and reaching the #1 rank on the app store.
- Developing Toyota's digital marketing stack, including websites and CRM platforms.
- Leading Langham Hotels to achieve #1 customer ratings on Tripadvisor through social media excellence.
