Christina Cornwell

VP Technology Field Services, Asia Pacific

As the Vice President of Field Technology Field Services Asia Pacific, Christina is responsible for the leadership and support of the implementation of technology products and services in all hotels in Asia Pacific to enable Hilton's strategic priority of accelerating net unit growth across Asia Pacific while maximizing operational performance and enhancing customer experience. Asia Pacific is a key strategic growth region for Hilton globally with a strong pipeline and on track to operate 1000 hotels by 2025.

She is responsible for driving strong alignment between Hilton's global technology strategies and regional and in-country business requirements. This involves a deep understanding of Hilton's global strategic technology directives and providing leadership, guidance, and oversight to the hotel owners and operators in the region in making technology decisions. She also leads the effort to adapt technology products and services to meet specific regional demands and ensure compliance with local regulations while staying true to Hilton technology standards.

She was the vice-chair and chairperson of the HITEC Advisory Council from 2013 to 2015, a member of the Singapore Committee for UN Women (now called United Women Singapore), and has participated in a number of Hilton's Women in Leadership initiatives to promote the diversity and opportunities available in the hospitality industry. In 2023, she joined AHLA's (American Hotel & Lodging Association's) ForWard platform as a ForWard Ambassador. ForWard is focused on elevating women in hospitality specifically women in technology by creating a meaningful community of support.
