Winnie has been working in the hospitality industry since 2005, and she took on the role of VP of Digital & Technology Solutions at MGM in 2023. She leads a team of more than 100 staff supporting 2 integrated resorts, over 12K employees, more than 250 applications, and more. Winnie's aim is to deliver outstanding customer service with cutting-edge technologies, and she has led many technology projects successfully, including some pioneering ones such as intelligent RFID gaming tables and an all-in-one employee mobile app. Under Winnie's leadership, MGM won the CTT Macau's Smart Technology award in 2019 and 2 of HKB's Technology Business awards in 2023. She also received the Stelliers 2023 Information Technology Hotelier of the Year award for her excellent achievements. She believes that people are the most important resource of the company, and good communication skill is vital to deliver outstanding customer services.
